Referral Terms

• Candidate must not have been in contact with A-Rec Solutions Ltd or any of their employees in the past 12 months.

• The referral fee will be made payable after successful completion of rebate in candidates’ new position. Amount of time will be outlined upon appointment of candidate.

• Referral fee “owed” will be stated prior to candidate commencing new position after which point the fee amount is non-negotiable.

• In order for clarity, candidate contact details will be made available to A-Rec Solutions Ltd with full knowledge and agreement of candidate.
